The Feedback Lab
A one-day, high-impact virtual learning intensive designed to help individuals and teammates transform how they communicate, connect, and grow through the art (and science) of giving feedback. We weave together several of the key feedback workshops listed above, and through interactive learning, honest discussions, hands-on practice, and a whole lot of real-life scenarios, we teach participants how to give feedback with clarity, confidence, and concrete frameworks/skills to make feedback one of the strongest tools in their leadership toolkit.

We weave together several of the key conflict workshops listed above, and through interactive learning, honest discussions, hands-on practice, and a whole lot of real-life scenarios, we help participants build their own and their team's conflict competence.

Pricing & Accessibility
Our base rates serve as starting points for our partnership. Actual costs for trainings or intensives may be higher or lower than these base rates, depending on your group's size, budget, and whether the programming is delivered in-person or virtually. We are committed to equity and offer preferred and tiered pricing options specifically for nonprofits and social impact organizations.
We endeavor to make our programming as accessible as possible, and work hard to ensure that our rates are fair and nonexclusive to the organizations and humans who want to work with us.
We encourage you to reach out to explore options rather than just saying 'no' and assuming you can't afford it. We commit to listening to what feels fair to you and being honest about what feels fair to us.
Base Rates (Starting Points)
- 1.5-2-Hour Workshop – Base Rate: $4,500
- Half-Day Experience – Base Rate: $6,000
- Full-Day Experience – Base Rate: $7,750
