The problem is that most of us have never been taught or shown how to harness that energy productively and without damaging connection. Instead, we're often conditioned to avoid, appease, or win at all costs — all destructive approaches that harm relationships, depreciate trust, and ultimately cause more conflict.

Who We Work With
RepairWorks works with individuals seeking to deepen their conflict competence, as well as with teams, organizations, coalitions, communities, and other established groups that are navigating interpersonal conflict between two or multiple people.
While we deeply value and encourage mediation and conflict transformation across all areas of life, we do not provide divorce, romantic relationship, probate/estate, or other personal mediation services. We also do not take on projects that require legal or medical expertise.
